5 Stage Grease Cleaning Process

Stage 1 - Waste Water Flow Control

The flow rates are controlled by the inlet flow restrictor, that maintains the GreaseMaster's efficiency and prevents overflow of any product. 

Stage 2 - Food Removal 

Unwanted food debris is automatically captured and held in a removable food strainer basket. The basket keeps the GreaseMaster clean and easy to use for your commercial kitchen team. 

Stage 3 - Oil Separation 

The GreaseMaster has an innovative oil separation chamber for a highly efficient oil separation. This step ensures oil your kitchen produces is disposed of safely, and won't run the risk of Fats Oils and Grease (FOG) clogging your drainage system. 

Stage 4 - Oil Removal 

Pressure forces Fats Oils and Grease (FOG) out of the oil valve, and into the oil collection cassette. The clean water is then discharged out of the outflow into the sewer system away from your business.

Stage 5 - Daily 2 Minute Maintenance 

At the bottom of the GreaseMaster is a flush valve. This manually controlled valve is opened for 5-10 seconds, flushing away the food waste and solids that are too fine to be trapped by the food strainer basket.
